Tara began working in health care in 2008 as a certified nursing assistant gaining experience in special memory care and intensive behavioral support. Tara became a supervisor in St. Cloud where she worked for several years before joining Divine House, Inc. While there, Tara continued to gain experience in behavioral response, crisis intervention, and person-centered planning. In 2012, Tara was hired as a Program Coordinator for Fourth Avenue Homes, Inc. Tara has over 15 years of experience with Fourth Avenue Homes, Inc. and currently serves as the assistant director in the Mankato Division.
