Refer a friend, colleague, or family member and get rewarded! Our HR Director will follow up and interview all applicants. Once the applicant is hired, orientated, site trained, and works for 30 days you will receive a $100 referral bonus. The NEW HIRE will receive a $200 signing bonus after 90 days.

My experience with FAHI has been a wonderful opportunity I started out as a HST about 6 years ago then had the opportunity to become the PC, I enjoyed everything about this company and the dedication they have for their employees. If there was ever a question regarding a client, staffing issue, house problem, all I had to do is email and the problem was solved! I took a few short years off and when I reapplied there was no hesitation! Everyone welcomed me back with a smile! I enjoy making a difference daily with the clients I work with, we are so active in what we do on a daily, we enjoy plenty activities, parks, walks, fishing, zoo’s, coloring, painting rocks’ and hiding them, watching movies, going to baseball games, joking with one another, shopping and so on, this job is a great opportunity to explore different daily living skills, nothing is the same! It definitely makes it much easier on us in Winona with now having a office in Rochester and staffed with amazing DC’s and a wonderful nurse!
