Upon receiving his master’s degree from Saint Mary’s University, Shane joined Fourth Avenue Homes, Inc. in 2021. Shane is a well-rounded Program Director who brings 15 years combined experience in human services, behavioral analysis, counseling, and crisis intervention to our Rochester Division. Through oversight and communication, Shane strives to provide the best possible care for our individuals, while also working to achieve satisfaction from both consumer teams and employees. His other duties include implementing programs, evaluating goals, orientation, training, supervision, and ensuring quality standards.
