Scot Norberg has worked in the Human Services field since 1997. He began his career at Divine House, Inc. as a Human Services Technician and worked his way up to Program Director for multiple homes including a crisis home. In 2008, Scot joined Fourth Avenue Homes, Inc. writing programs, reviewing referrals for placement, assisting with licensing, and developing new CRS homes for individuals based on their specific needs.
