Nicole Dufour began her career in Human Services in 1999 working with residential clients throughout the Metro area in various capacities including client care, employee supervision, policy and procedure oversight, and rule 40 development. After graduating from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and English Literature. In May 2009, Nicole graduated Law School at William Mitchell College of Law with her Juris Doctorate passing the Minnesota State Bar Exam. Nicole joined Fourth Avenue Homes, Inc. in 2011 as Program Director overseeing homes in Willmar, Spicer, and the Respite Program. Her work focuses on plan development, staff supervision, policy and procedure adherence, and general oversight. Nicole also serves as in-house counsel and is a private guardian.
