Brittany Holien is a board-certified Registered Nurse. She joined Fourth Avenue Homes, Inc. in 2015. Brittany obtained her RN License in 2011 and began her nursing career in a long-term facility. She then began working in the PCA department as a Qualified Professional in addition to a full-time case load of group homes within her RN role. Brittany’s background in nursing includes over 10 years in RN case management, including group homes and long-term facilities.
